1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and tk66y ("tk66y", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at tk66y.io. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using this platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on tk66y that apply to specific products, promotions, or services.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to govern the relationship between tk66y and all members located in or accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any other communication or document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by a duly authorised representative of tk66y.

tk66y reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active members via email to the address registered on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain aware of any changes that may affect your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use any product or service offered by tk66y, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on every occasion that you access the platform thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk66y enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all members. Accounts opened by or on behalf of persons under the age of 21 will be closed without notice, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts registered by companies, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence or access. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of tk66y is lawful in your location. tk66y makes no representation that access to or use of its platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or voluntarily closed from tk66y or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional gambler on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of tk66y or any of its technology, data, or payment partners where such involvement creates a conflict of interest with member activity.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of tk66y products and services, you must create a registered member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes. tk66y is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a member.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the tk66y platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, payment channels, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk66y reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets or bonus claims, and permanently withhold any balances held in those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk66y will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tk66y immediately by contacting [email protected]. tk66y will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access and may temporarily restrict your account pending investigation.

3.4 Account Currency

All tk66y member accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, bonuses, and balance displays are in BDT. tk66y does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Members depositing via international card channels (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion by their card issuer; tk66y has no control over such conversion rates or associated fees.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tk66y supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (direct bank transfer), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All channels are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The availability of specific channels may vary based on periodic maintenance windows communicated in advance via the platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard member accounts, although enhanced due-diligence checks may apply to accounts processing high-volume transactions in a single period. tk66y reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger internal compliance thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard Bangladesh business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) follow the timelines imposed by the card network and issuing bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

tk66y requires that all deposits have been used for genuine betting or gaming activity before a withdrawal request is processed. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without placing any bets or game rounds may be flagged as a potential abuse of the platform and may result in additional verification requirements or a processing delay. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the same account, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.5 Fees

tk66y does not charge members any internal fee for deposits or withdrawals processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. International card channels (Visa, Mastercard) may incur processing fees imposed by third-party payment networks; any such fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond tk66y's control and are the member's responsibility.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the tk66y sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, and market selected. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable market rules before placing a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the system, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.

5.2 Odds

All odds on the tk66y sportsbook are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the confirmation of a bet. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will be used to calculate potential returns. tk66y reserves the right to correct any odds that are published due to a technical error or pricing mistake; bets accepted at manifestly erroneous odds may be voided at tk66y's discretion, and affected members will be notified.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

tk66y offers live in-play betting on selected cricket, football, and other sports markets. Live betting odds update in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event at the discretion of the tk66y trading team. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. tk66y is not liable for any failure to match a live bet arising from internet connection interruptions, device failure, or platform maintenance on the member's side.

5.4 Bet Voidance

tk66y reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifestly incorrect odds, events cancelled before completion, insufficient evidence of a result, evidence of match manipulation, technical failure affecting market integrity, or breach of these Terms by the member. Void bets result in the stake being returned to the member's account balance.

5.5 Maximum Payout

tk66y applies maximum payout limits per bet, per market, and per day. Current limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. tk66y reserves the right to adjust payout limits at any time without prior notice. Members are advised to check current limits before placing high-stake wagers.

6 Casino & Games

6.1 Game Providers

tk66y's casino products are powered by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All games are subject to the rules and RTP (return-to-player) parameters set by the respective provider. Individual game rules are accessible from within each game interface.

6.2 Random Number Generator

All slot games, virtual table games, and number-draw games (including Super Keno and Super Bingo) use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG outcomes are independently audited to confirm compliance with fairness and randomness standards. tk66y publishes the certification status of its RNG on the platform.

6.3 Live Casino

6.4 Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the display or outcome of any game, the malfunctioning game round will be voided and any stake involved will be credited back to the member's account. tk66y's decision on game malfunction outcomes is final. No claim for losses arising from a game continuation following a known or suspected malfunction will be entertained.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Policy

tk66y offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible product restrictions, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), maximum bet-per-round restrictions (for casino bonuses), expiry periods, and withdrawal conditions. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of this Agreement when accepted by the member.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a member's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

tk66y reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a member has engaged in or attempted to engage in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using promotional funds in a pattern designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting a technical error in bonus calculation, or any strategy that results in a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit from bonus funds irrespective of game outcomes.

7.4 Promotion Modification

tk66y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already opted in, tk66y will honour any bonus funds already credited, subject to the original promotion terms. Where a promotion is suspended before crediting, affected members will be notified and no obligation to honour the promotion arises.

8 Responsible Gaming

tk66y is committed to the highest standards of responsible gambling practice. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial distress or personal hardship. We encourage all members to set personal limits and to make use of the protective tools available within their account dashboard.

8.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tk66y account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period before further betting is restricted.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each session after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications showing the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a period of self-exclusion ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to place bets or access casino products.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using a stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund an account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the tk66y platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game, including through collusion, match-fixing, or the use of automated betting software (bots).
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the false impression of being located in an eligible jurisdiction.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including agents, syndicates, or professional betting services.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at tk66y staff, support agents, or other members.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any tk66y software or platform component.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk66y platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive property of tk66y or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk66y platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tk66y content without prior written consent from tk66y.

The tk66y brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of tk66y. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising material, or third-party websites — is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk66y's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that member into their tk66y account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk66y shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if tk66y has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk66y does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, network outages, third-party service failures, and acts of force majeure may affect platform availability. tk66y will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate maintenance windows in advance but shall not be liable for losses attributable to any period of unavailability.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

tk66y collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering on tk66y, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tk66y is used exclusively for account management, identity and age verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, payment processing, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. tk66y does not sell, rent, or share member personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmissions between your device and the tk66y platform are protected by TLS 1.3 with 256-bit SSL encryption. tk66y implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of member data.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Closure by Member

Members may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tk66y will deactivate the account within a reasonable timeframe and will process the withdrawal of any remaining balance to the member's verified payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by tk66y

tk66y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member account at any time, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, duplicate account activity, suspected match manipulation, non-compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations, or any other conduct that tk66y determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other members.

13.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, access to the platform is permanently revoked. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with applicable market rules. Balances held in accounts closed for Terms violations are subject to forfeiture in accordance with the relevant provision of these Terms under which the account was closed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tk66y reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made — defined as changes that materially affect member rights or obligations — tk66y will provide advance notice to active members via email to the registered account address at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates) may be published without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force.

Your continued use of the tk66y platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
